The Diet

It is also important that you avoid alcohol. Alcohol may make you feel like sleeping, but on the contrary it is more likely to make you wake up during the night. Also, it is essential that you get a good balance of fruit and vegetables. Another thing to avoid is overdoing the red meat if you want to slelongply and longer.
